Subject: Discrimination And Harassment At Work Place Against Female Pregnant Employee By The Company (C1 India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon)

She is Pooja Shukla. She was working for the last 5 years in an organization C1 INDIA PVT LTD, Gurgaon as a TEAM LEADER-Auctions Process, She informed our Company management (Sr. Manager-(Auctions process) Mr. Mukesh Kumar and HR Department Head-Mrs Praveen Kumari) regarding my pregnancy over phone and mail.
In the mail She mentioned each of my pregnancy complications and attached prescribed medical documents and just to request WORK FROM HOME till Dec 2020 as her pregnancy was at a very high risk on the basis of medical factors and COVID-19 situation.

The management just permitted me only for 20 days for work from home and meanwhile started to give me MENTAL STRESS, She somehow managed but, after that when She again requested them to provide me an extension of WORK FROM HOME till December, they started HARASSED me and given so much STRESS during my pregnancy to put your resignation immediately.

Until She could say something without any prior notification they dropped a mail to lay me off from the organization during pregnancy without giving any reason with a notice period of 45 days. The company CEO Mr Sanjay Puri was also involved in this whole matter and throughout me from the organization in the name of business decision.

She Request to the All portal to kindly take strict action against the employers who are involved in ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL activities and openly CHALLENGING The Government Policy's and GOING AGAINST THE LAW.

Note: She also went to the Police Station (Udyog Vihar, Phase 2, Gurgaon) to lodge Her COMPLAINT to S.I. Mr. Dalbir Singh, but they denied that we cannot file your complaint.
